How to connect to the product : Android

Turn on the ACC of the vehicle and make sure that the product is turned on. When the power is turned on, the product's power indicator (power lamp) turns blue. If the product does not turn on If the power lamp is unlit : There is a connection failure with the vehicle. Check that the power cable is connected correctly. If the power lamp is lit red or flashing red: The product has detected an error. Try turning ACC off / on and connecting / disconnecting USB. If the situation does not improve, read the warranty in the instruction manual and request repairs.

* Depending on the smartphone, it may not work with an AOA connection after Android OS 8.0.

* Car stereo mode cannot be used with AOA connection.

Step.1 Prepare the following items Remote controller (Included) USB extension cable (Included) USB cable (Sold separately) Remote controller (Included) USB cable (Sold separately) *To use the remote control, it is necessary to connect the sensor to the product. For details, see the instruction manual. *Depending on the quality of the USB cable, it may not be connected to the product. Use a genuine USB cable from a smartphone manufacturer. Step2. Connect the product and smartphone as follows USB Port USB extension cable USB cable Smartphone Step3. Switch connection mode Press the A button with 5seconds for the remote control. If the setting is completed, the smartphone will be charged if unable to charge The remote control may not be working. Please check the battery replacement and the connection of the remote control sensor. Step4. Connection check Press the processor tab of the Sound Tune application and check the connection status. If the connection is successful, the following screen is displayed. If the connection is not successful, the following screen is displayed. if unable to connect Depending on the smartphone, it may not work with an AOA connection. Please use an OTG connection.

* Some smartphones have some functions limited by OTG connection due to the specifications of the device.

* Smartphone cannot be charged with OTG connection.

If the connection is successful, the following screen is displayed. If the connection is not successful, the following screen is displayed. if unable to connect The remote control may not be working.
