How to connect to the product : iOS

Confirmation of the product

Turn on the ACC of the vehicle and make sure that the product is turned on.
When the power is turned on, the product's power indicator (power lamp) turns blue.

If the product does not turn on

  • If the power lamp is unlit : There is a connection failure with the vehicle.
    Check that the power cable is connected correctly.
  • If the power lamp is lit red or flashing red: The product has detected an error.
    Try turning ACC off / on and connecting / disconnecting USB.

If the situation does not improve, read the warranty in the instruction manual and request repairs.

How to connect

  • *To use the remote control, it is necessary to connect the sensor to the product.
    For details, see the instruction manual.
  • *Depending on the quality of the Lightning cable, it may not be connected to the product.
    Use a genuine USB cable from Apple,Inc.

Step2. Connect the product and iphone as follows

Step3. Switch connection mode

Press the A button with 5seconds for the remote control.
If the setting is completed, the smartphone will be charged

  • The remote control may not be working.
    Please check the battery replacement and the connection of the remote control sensor.
  • Depending on the quality of the Lightning cable, it may not be connected to the product.
    Use a genuine USB cable from Apple,Inc.

Step4. Connection check

Press the processor tab of the Sound Tune application and check the connection status.
If the connection is successful, the following screen is displayed.

If the connection is not successful, the following screen is displayed.

  • The remote control may not be working.

  • Depending on the quality of the Lightning cable, it may not be connected to the product.
