--- Editing Command-Stack Data (Command Stack Editor) ---
It is possible to upload Command-Stack Data from DVD-V8000 to PC and save it,
or to edit the data on DataManEx and download it to DVD-V8000.
And, data can be moved through the USB memory among PC-Player.
[ General Procedure ]
(1) Connecting with DVD-V8000,
click "Command Stack" button (Fig.2-#4) to display the Command-Stack Editor (fig.5).

(2) If necessary, upload command-stack data from DVD-V8000 to PC,
or open data file from your PC.
command-stack data is displayed on fig.5-#1.
(3) If necessary, edit command-stack data.
(4) Download command-stack data to DVD-V8000,
or save it on your PC.
[ Edit ]
The following operations are possible.
- insert new command
- delete any command
- and so on...
#1 Command-Stack Data (fig.5):
The command-stack data, which is in your PC memory, is displayed here.
By double-clicking the command or typing "ENTER-key",
the command-name and the parameters can be copied to the controls on left side of the dialog (fig.5-#2,#3).
And by right-clicking any command (or any group), floating menu can be displayed for editing.
#2 Command (fig.5):
Any command can be selected to insert.
#3 Parameters (fig.5):
Input necessary parameters according to the selected command.
For instance, the waiting time is input for "WAIT" command.
#4 "Insert" (fig.5):
The command selected by the combo-box (fig.5-#2,#3) will be inserted
just behind the position of selected command on the tree-control (fig.5-#1).
If "Period of group" is inserted, a new group is automatically created.
#5 "Correct" (fig.5):
The command selected by the tree-control (fig.5-#1) will be replaced
by the one selected by the combo-box (fig.5-#2,#3).
#6 "Delete" (fig.5):
The command selected by the tree-control (fig.5-#1) will be deleted.
If any group is being selected, the group and the contents will be deleted collectively.
#7 "Create Group" (fig.5):
A new empty group will be created.
[ Save/Load ]
#8 "Initialize" (fig.5):
Command-Stack Data will be initialized to empty state.
#9 "Open file" (fig.5):
.cmd / .bcd format command-stack data file can be loaded.
The file saved on an USB memory from DVD-V8000 can also be loaded.
#10 "Save" (fig.5):
The command-stack data can be saved as
.cmd / .bcd format file.
The .cmd format file can be loaded from an USB memory to DVD-V8000.

#11 "Convert to CSV" (fig.5):
The command-stack data can be converted to CSV format and saved.
A CSV format file can be opened by EXCEL.
A CSV format file cannot be opened by DataManEx.
#12 "Update memory data" (fig.5):
In case that the command-stack editor opend from the memory-data manager,
update the command-stack data which is in the memory-data.
(note)
In case that any file loaded from USB-memory by DVD-V8000,
the file name cannot be displayed correctly
if it is including any UNICODE characters or longer than 16 characters.
[ About .cmd / .bcd format ]
DataManEx supports two formats of command-stack data, .cmd and .bcd.
- cmd format:
This format is only for DVD-V8000. It can be saved/loaded between DVD-V8000 and USB.
- bcd format:
This format is compatible with a former model of PIONEER.
If the data includes some commands which are only for DVD-V8000,
it cannot be saved as this format file.

Command-stack data will be uploaded from DVD-V8000 to PC.
#14 "Download" (fig.5):
Command-stack data will be downloaded from PC to DVD-V8000.
#15 "Connect" (fig.5):
Connect with DVD-V8000.
